Do you work on a fixed-price or hourly basis?
Both. Fixed-price works well for clearly scoped projects (a specific AI agent, an MVP, a defined feature). Hourly (time-and-materials) is better for complex or evolving AI projects and ongoing retainers. We will recommend the right model after your free estimate call.
What is included in the quoted price?
All quotes include design, development, QA testing, deployment, and 30 days of post-launch support. Project management is always included at no extra cost. We do not charge for discovery calls or estimates.
How do you protect my IP and data?
Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA signed before any project details are shared. You receive 100% source code ownership at project completion. We do not retain copies or reuse your codebase. GDPR/HIPAA compliance is available on request.
What payment methods and terms do you offer?
We accept wire transfer (US/India), Wise, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Payment terms: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-project milestone, 30% on delivery. For retainers: monthly invoicing in advance.
Can you work in my timezone?
Yes. India (IST) is EST +9.5 hours and PST +12.5 hours. We maintain a 3–4 hour daily overlap with US business hours (7 AM–11 AM IST = afternoon/evening EST). All project leads are available on Slack/WhatsApp throughout the day.
